A cocktail party fundraiser will be held for the Jersey City-based Liberty Humane Society as well as the Humane Society of Bergen County and Lost Pet Inc. in Hoboken on Saturday.
The fundraiser will be held in the Chandelier Room at the W Hotel, located at 225 River St. in Hoboken, and aims to help support thousands of homeless animals in North Jersey.
Guests can enjoy discounted drink specials ($5 on drinks, $5 on martinis and $4 on beer). They can also enter to win raffle prizes like a Kindle Fire HD tablet. Proceeds will go toward the operating budgets of the benefiting charities.
The event will from from 6 pm to 9 pm on Saturday, Dec. 29. Entrance is a suggested donation of $10. For more information, visit LHS?s website.
