Smith Business Consultants, Inc.?is searching for?self-starters with high energy, motivation, and a strong desire to excel. This is an ENTRY-LEVEL sales position.?We are looking to train in: sales, campaign development, and business operations.?

The Entry Level Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the planned marketing programs for his/?her assigned territory within that market.?? The Sales and Marketing Executive?s overall goal will be to participate in the implementation of the overall marketing strategy for that the Baton Rouge market and support implementation once complete.?? He/?she will also be responsible for cross-marketing communication of marketing-related strategies.??

Job Description:

• Business to Business Sales?(no Telemarketing, emailing or direct mailers involved)

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, psychology, or advertising preferred.??
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills required.??
• Effective and competent management and organizational skills required.??
• Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment; ability to work under pressure with time constraints; ability to work effectively in a constantly changing work environment.??
